We will review your strategic and business requirements and design the appropriate:
•  Structure and Coordinating Mechanisms
•  Leadership, Technical and Behavioural Competencies
•  Engagement and performance levels and management systems to ensure the delivery of business results and improved capability

We will identify the gaps at each of the above levels

We will develop a change implementation plan to deliver the change that will include:
•  Change Blueprint
•  Change Implementation Master Project Plan
•  Assessment and development of Executive & Management Competence to deliver the plan
•  Communications Plan
•  Employee Relations/Negotiation Plan
•  HR Systems Alignment Plan
•  Management and Employee Engagement Plan
•  Milestone Change Implementation Reporting Structure
 
We will provide change implementation leadership and develop local managers to deliver change

We will handle change obstacles and blockages
